Vincent Girardin is an 11th generation winemaker in Burgundy, and has had a firm grip on his family's winery since the early 1980s. He farms with a biodynamic philosophy and all fermentations are long and slow, with only natural yeasts (including malolactic). The whites spend almost two years on their fine lees, adding a sense of richness to the bracing acidity that you can find in these wines.
